INFORMATION
Believe
it or not, Louisiana DOES have trails! The Louisiana Hiking
Club, in following the precedent established by member John Crochet's
on-line trail guide, has commenced their campaign to compile accurate
cartographic
and naturalist guides for Louisiana Trails.

Persons using Louisiana Wildlife Management Areas or other
department
administered lands
for purposes other than hunting and fishing,
such
as camping, shooting
on rifle ranges,
berry picking,
hiking, photography, bird-watching
and the like, must
possess one of the following: a valid Wild Louisiana Stamp, a valid Louisiana
fishing license, or a valid Louisiana hunting license.
Persons younger than 16 or older than 60 years of age are exempt from
this requirement.
